The complex is very quiet and has a large communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens. Community fees of €120 per month. *********************************************** Patalavaca is a town in the south-west of Gran Canaria, located between Puerto Rico and Arguineguin. The area is mixed-use, tourist-residential. The black sand beach is considered one of the best in the south of the island. Patalavaca is very close to Anfi beach , shops and restaurants. A short distance away is the fishing village of Arguineguin, where you can enjoy a good fish in any of its many restaurants or transfer from the tourist ferry from the port of Arguineguin to the port of Mogan. In Arguineguin you can enjoy the largest open-air market on the island every Tuesday.
