This spectacular estate houses two independent farmhouses built in the 19th century, both surrounded by beautiful fully fenced garden spaces. Of the two buildings or farmhouses, one of them, the main one, is completely rehabilitated with high quality noble materials, such as ceilings with wooden beams, clay floors, stone exterior details, details with ceramic tiles on the stairs , and conditioned with oil heating by radiators. The other farmhouse, although restored in the twentieth century, would need to be reformed.
The main farmhouse is divided into three floors. The non-rehabilitated farmhouse is divided into two floors with a large dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a large kitchen-office with pantry and a sink, and on the first floor another dining room with fireplace, a kitchen and five rooms with two bathrooms. It also has a large pen, a small block and a loft.
